HEAL, BOND, THRIVE: IT'S YOUR TIME MAMA!

Overnight Postpartum Doula Services

You deserve more than struggling day to night.

You thought your baby would be sleeping through the night by now (isn't that supposed to just HAPPEN?).

According to your social media feed, it sure seems like it (😤😫😭)… but NO.

It takes some tips, tricks, and a whole lot of patience to get there. Luckily, you have me to help you with that 😉

What if you could spend those nights instead recharging for the day ahead?

You've got an adorable baby that loves you more than anything...

... but those sleepless nights are really starting to wear you down

Hey Mama. Gentle Reminder...

Well - if baby ain't SLEEPIN', THE WHOLE HOUSE IS WEEPIN'.

YOU KNOW THE SAYING, 'HAPPY SPOUSE, HAPPY HOUSE?'

and WHEN NOBODY'S RESTED, HAPPINESS IS TESTED... you SEE WHERE THIS IS HEADING, RIGHT?

Be kind to yourself and take comfort in knowing many new moms feel the same way. These concerns are common and perfectly normal.

Remember, you're doing everything right. Seeking help is never wrong—we're here to make things easier for you.

Imagine having all the support and care you need to get through this.

I hear ya friend. And I'm here to be your support, your cheerleader, and your village

S

"Something had to change or else I was going to crash." Words from a momma who hired me and shared her reasonings of why she needed help.

She had no one to talk to, no family to ask for help. It was just her, her husband, and a precious baby that left them feeling confused. "Why wont my baby just fall asleep without me having to feed them EVERY.SINGLE.TIME.?"

Have those questions ever crossed your mind?
Or maybe you're a new parent who spent sooo much time obsessing about childbirth that the struggles of postpartum recovery weren't even on your radar?

For years, I've sat with mothers, listening to their stories of bringing their baby into the world.

It's time that we

at the Beginning of the day you'll be:

my magical postpartum night doula services designed to provide unparalleled support and guidance

And that’s why I’m so excited to let you in on...

01

To ensure the best possible fit and effective support, I ask potential clients to complete an application to work with me. This process helps determine if we are compatible and if I am the right person to meet your family's needs. If I believe another doula might be better suited for your situation, I will be honest and provide recommendations for other programs or doulas who could be a better match. My goal is to ensure you receive the best possible care and support during this important time.

02

Once you apply and I determine we are like "PB & J", we can schedule a one-on-one consultation virtually or in person (if you're in San Francisco). This meeting will allow us to discuss your needs and understand our compatibility.

03

After our call or in-person meeting, I will send you a contract for review. If you decide to proceed, I will finalize the contract based on your preferred length and nights per week, and send it via DocuSign to your email for your signature. A retainer is required within three days to reserve your spot on my calendar. Once both the signed contract and retainer are received, your booking with me will be confirmed.

Contract & Retainer

04

After we officially book our services, we will schedule an in-person meeting if we haven't already met. During this meeting, we'll discuss how your pregnancy is progressing, review your nursery and supplies, and ensure you're fully prepared for your baby's arrival.

I typically meet with my clients 4-6 weeks before their due date to ensure everything is in place and ready to go.

in-person meeting

05

Congratulations on the arrival of your baby! You did it! For vaginal births, you can expect to stay at the hospital for at least 2 days, and for c-sections, at least 4 days. In cases of more serious complications, such as those requiring NICU care, a longer stay may be necessary. But don't worry, once you and your baby are home, I will be there to support you!

06

Now that you're home, settle in and enjoy those precious snuggles. I'll be at your door at 10pm.

Get ready for night feedings, while dad gets a well-deserved rest to be ready for the daytime. Mama, your only job is to feed—I'll take care of everything else. If you're using bottles, both of you can enjoy a much-needed full night's sleep. So, relax and snooze away!

À La Carte Booking

Booking my night doula services a la carte is a flexible option for families needing intermittent support between contract periods. To book, clients must use Acuity Scheduling and make an upfront payment. Please note that a la carte bookings do not guarantee my availability, as contract clients take priority. If a client goes into labor early and my contract starts sooner than expected, any funds paid for a la carte services will be fully refunded. This ensures that my availability aligns with the unpredictable nature of childbirth, maintaining the highest level of care for all clients.

A night nanny primarily focuses on the newborn's care during the night, including feeding, changing diapers, and soothing, often without formal training or certification.

In contrast, a postpartum night doula offers comprehensive support to the entire family, providing overnight newborn care, emotional support, breastfeeding assistance, and postpartum recovery guidance. Postpartum night doulas are trained and certified in various aspects of maternal and newborn health, ensuring holistic care that addresses the physical, emotional, and educational needs of the family.

Doulas are also recognized nationwide by the government and many companies, enabling them to accept various employee benefits and medical insurances. In contrast, night nannies typically cannot accept such insurance payments.

4. Once we decide we love you 🥰, what are the next steps?

You can start working with a postpartum night doula immediately after your baby comes home from the hospital. Many families choose to book their doula services well in advance, often during the second or third trimester of pregnancy, to ensure they have the support they need.

The length of time you work with a postpartum night doula can range from 3-7 nights per week. Some families find the first 6 weeks of support sufficient, while others may benefit from 3-4 months of assistance. Our services are flexible and tailored to your unique situation, providing the right level of care for as long as you need it.

4. Once we decide we love you 🥰, what are the next steps?

Aww, thanks! ☺️ The steps are very easy!

1. Apply to work with me - the point of this is to find out if we are compatible and if I'm the right person for your family. I have no problem being truthful if I believe you may be fitted for a different program with another doula, will even recommend some!

2. Once you apply and I think that we're like 'peas in a pod', we can then schedule a 1-1 virtual or in-person consultation to discuss your needs in detail and gain a sense of our chemistry.

3. After our call, I'll send the contract over for you to review. If you give me a green light I will send the finalized contract via DocuSign to your email to have you sign. And retainer is to be collected by 3 days to reserve your time on my calendar. Once signature and retainer are collected, you are booked with me! 🎉

4. As your due date approaches, we'll stay in touch to ensure everything is ready. When your baby arrives, I'll be there to provide the overnight support you need for a smooth transition.

4. Once we decide we love you 🥰, what are the next steps?

Absolutely! You can hire a doula whether you choose to breastfeed or not. My role is to support you in whatever feeding choice is best for you and your baby.

We can discuss and empower you with a comprehensive understanding of formula: demystifying their components and composition, GMO's, Soy, DHA/ARA, Sugars, and much more.

And also offer insights into the purest and most nutritious formulas on the market.

I can provide guidance and assistance with bottle feeding, ensuring your baby is well-fed and you feel confident in your decision. My goal is to support your family in every way possible, regardless of your feeding preferences.

While friends and family can provide valuable support, a postpartum night doula offers specialized, professional care tailored to your specific needs.

As a trained expert, I provide evidence-based guidance on newborn care, sleep patterns, and postpartum recovery, ensuring both you and your baby are well-supported. Unlike friends and family, my focus is solely on your well-being, offering consistent and reliable support without the emotional dynamics that can sometimes come with loved ones.

My services ensure you get the rest and care you need, helping your family transition smoothly during this important time.
